INTRODUCTION

As urbanization accelerates and building layouts become increasingly compact, special applications are placing higher demands on mobility, transfer frequency, and noise control. In response, the containerized canopy has emerged as an advanced enclosure solution for diesel generator sets.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

1. The enclosure can be configured as a 40’GP, 20’GP, or High Cube container based on the generator set's power rating.
2. Noise levels can be effectively controlled below 85 dB(A).
3. Either an integrated radiator or a remote radiator can be selected, depending on the generator’s power output and installation site.
4. Equipped with electric inlet and outlet louvers for automatic airflow management.
5. Features a 30‑micron air intake filter to ensure clean airflow and protect internal components.

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS

1. Various container sizes are available to meet user-specific space and mobility requirements.
2. A remote radiator can be integrated based on the operational environment and installation conditions.
3. Manual or automatic louvers can be specified for air intake and exhaust vents.
4. An optional fuel-powered heater can be added for operation in low ambient temperatures.

2. The container frame is constructed with square tubing (unlike conventional containers) for enhanced mechanical strength, ensuring reliable support under the dynamic loads generated by the genset.
3. The container is fitted with front and rear access doors to facilitate routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of the generator and engine radiator. For major overhauls, the entire unit can be easily removed from either end of the container.
4. A built-in engine leakage collection system is installed at the base to prevent oil, fuel, or coolant from contaminating the environment.
5. Both the control panel and the output switchgear are positioned on the same side of the container for convenient daily operation and simplified cable connection.
