HZ Dual-Function Welding & Power Generator
This versatile generator set, with a power supply range from **2 to 55 kVA**, is developed using the latest HZ proprietary technology. It ingeniously combines a **self-driven welding power supply** with a standard generator in one compact unit, engineered for demanding applications in railroading, highway construction, port operations, oil fields, chemical plants, building construction, agriculture, and more.
One Unit, Dual Function
HZ's original core technology enables a single advanced unit to perform **both welding and power generation** with high efficiency. Featuring self-excitation and constant voltage systems, it delivers enhanced and stable generator performance.
Simultaneous & Independent Operation
Welding and power generation can be operated **simultaneously without interference**. The welding process does not impact the waveform or voltage stability of the auxiliary power output, ensuring reliable operation for all connected tools.
Perfect Welding Quality
Utilizing advanced **IGBT and PWM technology**, the unit achieves a perfect, stable waveform for welding voltage. The **non-fluctuating welding current** ensures high-quality, consistent welds every time.
High-Quality Power Output
A new **Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)** and integrated damper winding work together to produce electricity with **extremely low voltage fluctuation and minimal waveform distortion**, protecting sensitive equipment.
Easy Maneuverability & Wide Application
Its **lightweight and compact design**, equipped with four durable casters, significantly improves on-site maneuverability and saves storage space.
